Pre-Printed LabelsMillions of pre-printed labels are supplied across various applications. A full range of face materials and adhesives may be used. Printed up to eight colours or seven colours plus a UV varnish. Labels can be supplied for immediate application or overprinted with customer variable data. Prolog offers a stock handling facility. Any size and any colour combinations can be manufactured to customer requirements. The best of breed label will be supplied for your application. Outsource LabelsCustomer supplies variable data which can be applied to any label specification and delivered to any address nationwide. No need for capital investment in hardware, freeing resources within the business. Service level agreements are established to maintain quality of product and service deliverables. Thermal Transfer & Direct Thermal PrintersProlog are an independent broker and therefore has access to a wide range of printer manufacturers including Zebra, Datamax, TEC, Intermec and Sato. Printers are recommended on label application, budget available and environmental conditions. Models range from desktop to heavy industrial usage, including mobile printers for instant labelling on demand. Printer options include cutter, peel and present, internal rewind and dots per inch print quality up to 600dpi. Printers may be standalone or networked. Remote access via the web gives the IT department first line support to users and trouble shooting capabilities across the printer environment. Installation and training services are available for all printer types. Data sheets for all printers are available on request. Label Design SoftwareThe software enables the creation of varying labels to suit your business and environment. Windows compatible utilising WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) and drag and drop functions. The software is windows based also SAP certified, user friendly and can be linked to external data bases using ODBC connectivity. Single user or network licences are available. Installation and training given. A 30 day free of charge demo licence can be supplied on request. Thermal Transfer RibbonsAs Prolog are a broker we are able to supply ribbons from all manufacturers to suit all printer makes and models. Original or compatible ribbons including wax, wax-resin and resin of varying grades, brands include Zebra, Datamax, Armor, Sony, RICOH and Union Chemicar. Ribbons may be slit to required label widths which reduces waste and is cost effective. Compatible with paper and synthetic labels. Ribbons can be supplied for testing purposes. Thermal Printer PrintheadsPrintheads to suit all makes and models of thermal printer are supplied, most on a next day delivery to site. Brands include Zebra, Datamax, TEC and many more. A printhead fitting service is available at an additional charge. Thermal Printer MaintenanceOn-site service contracts are available on a wide range of printer manufacturers. Levels of service include 4 hour on-site to 48 hour on-site responses, RTB (return to bench) with loan machine option, allowing minimum downtime. Nationwide engineering force with first line telephone support from the call centre for trouble shooting any problems. All calls are logged and given a unique reference for call tracking. Contracts cover all parts and labour charges but exclude printheads and printhead fitting as these items are consumables. A maintenance contract will give you peace of mind and the knowledge that your equipment is in safe hands. |
