Basingstoke and Deane go live with Epayslip SaaS

Prolog Print Media has just supported Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council to implement epayslips: reducing their print preparation and distribution time to less than 30 minutes.


Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council – which employs a diverse workforce of almost 600 people – began implementing epayslips with Prolog Print Media at the start of 2011. In a matter of months, the Council were up and running with our secure web-based Epayslip Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) which now enables any of the Council's employees with an internet connection at work or home to view their payslip online.
 
The Payroll Officer at Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council initially selected our Epayslip SaaS for its ability to present employees with an online payslip that replicated the design and layout of their printed payslip: something the Council’s payroll software provider was unable to support.

Using our Epayslip SaaS, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council now upload the payroll print file from their existing payroll software to be presented as epayslips. This has removed the need to change payroll systems and – after initial programming to map the print file to the Epayslip SaaS – allowed them to upload and release epayslips to employees in less than 30 minutes per payroll.
