NEW - BRAILLE AND LARGE FORMAT PAYSLIPS

Payslips contain a lot of sensitive information, so understandably blind or partially sighted employees may feel a loss of privacy if presented with standard payslip designs, which need passing to others to be read. 

Now Prolog Print Media has two alternative solutions to improve payslip privacy and help companies address the changing needs of their workforce.

We can now provide, as an outsource printing service, large format versions of your payslips printed at A4 size with larger fonts for partially sighted employees.

We can also provide Braille payslips in both Grade 1 (uncontracted Braille) and Grade 2 (contracted Braille).

> The format your pay data is available in – secure ftp electronic transfer preferred
> How and where the payslip would need to be dispatched
