Supporting Macmillan Cancer Support

Prolog Print Media’s Commercial Manager, Peter Wells and a team of friends have reached the final of the Macmillan Cancer Support longest day golf challenge.  
 

Keen golfer Peter and his team played 72 holes, hit over 300 shots and walked around 20 miles in a day as part of the Macmillan Cancer Support longest day golf challenge. The team raised almost £5000 for the charity and finished in the top four teams from across the UK.

Peter comments: "It was a tough day, with the first round starting at 4.45am and the last round finishing at 8.45pm, but it was more than worth it for a very good cause. We were also delighted with our result qualifying as one of the top four teams which means we will now go on to play in the final this October in Portugal."

Congratulations to everyone involved and well done for raising much-needed funds for Macmillan Cancer Support . From everyone at Prolog Print Media good luck to Peter and friends for the final.
