In our experience, most of the concerns employees have, can be addressed quite easily if you know the response to some common questions.
Here we help, with our top six responses to common questions about epayslips from employees.
Q: I don't have a computer at work, so how can I have epayslips?
A: Chances are many, if not all, of your employees will have access to the Internet at home, either through a desktop PC, laptop or tablet. Figures from the Office for National Statistics (ONS) suggest by 2011, 77 per cent of households in Great Britain had an Internet connection with 93 per cent of those using broadband. The same ONS data also points out that 45 per cent of Internet users used a mobile phone to connect to the Internet, so even if a home computer isn't available, employees may want to use an Internet enabled Smart phone to view their payslip.
All in all the use of the Internet is now mainstream and being able to access payslips when at home or outside of the workplace is a big benefit to employees, who will be able to view and/or print payslips, P11Ds and P60s 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
Q: How will I know how much I've been paid if I don't get a printed payslip on pay day?

In some cases, you may find lenders make additional requests such as for the payslip to be printed with the https: url address for proof of originator. Employees also have the added knowledge they won't have paper payslips left around for colleagues to view.
Q: I work in lots of different places so how would I get my epayslips?
A: Epayslips are accessible from any Internet enabled device so are fantastic for employees who work globally or from multiple locations. Employees can view their payslips wherever they are, without having to wait until they get home or to the office to view their post.
Q: Is there an online version of my payslip, I've switched all my other documents online?
