Administering staff absence documentation is a resource intensive task, but we can make the process much more efficient. Here's how.
Absence Reporting
At Prolog Print Media we don't provide absence management software or consultancy, but we do remove the burden of communicating with staff pre, during and post periods of absence. We can take data files from your absence management software and print, fulfil and mail out documents to employee home addresses at set intervals - giving you compliance and conformity through a defined communication path and audit trail without the pressure of mailing correspondence.
We offer a rapid service too, handling data files each day for next day despatch to employees absent from work. Any data transmitted is done through secure file transfer protocol (sftp). It is then mapped, mail merge and used to print different personalised absence and compliance letters to pre-agreed templates. We then fulfil and mail-out the letters. The response time agreed on this service is excellent with all requirements received by 3pm each day being completed and mailed out the same day, all backed by our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
