Anticoagulant Dosage Letters

If you post out – or are considering posting out – results for oral anticoagulant therapy dosages to patients here’s an effective solution that will save you time and help improve safety.

Our A4 pressure seal dosage forms are supplied in reams of 500 sheets, which we design with the layout, colours, content, branding and Postage Paid Impression (PPI) to suit your needs.

Patient results are then printed directly on to each form using a standard laser printer and report template – available from anticoagulant software such as DAWN, INRStar or RAID. Printing this form removes the need for handwritten dosages in the traditional Yellow Book and the risk of transcription errors.

The form is then passed through a pressure sealing machine where it is folded and sealed. It is then ready for posting: removing the need for an envelope or to frank it. This allows you to process results right up to post-out deadlines, and to focus on the accuracy of patient results rather than preparing them for mailing.

In addition to the printed dosage forms we also supply the pressure sealing machinery which can be stand alone or linked (In-line) to your laser printer for seamless printing, folding and sealing.
