We all know it happens, even if you buy the best printer, it runs like clockwork and then one day – usually when production is at a peak – it stops without warning. At Prolog Print Media sadly we don’t have a magic formula to stop these situations, but we can reduce the chances of them happening and get you moving again if they do.

We have a range of optional printer service agreements available for many different printer manufacturers. These agreements can include a preventative maintenance visit to keep your printer in tip top order, as well as covering labour and non-consumable spare parts should the worst happen. We can minimise downtime with cover starting from four hour on-site responses, RTB (return to bench) and loan machine options.

Access to a nationwide engineering force and first line telephone support for troubleshooting problems will also give you added peace of mind.
