Transferring data safely
We insist data is transferred to us by secure file transfer protocol (SFTP). This sends encrypted data to a secure server, eliminating the risks posed by unsecure email attachments or loss by third-party couriers.

Our production facility at Datagraphic Limited, holds ISO 27001 – a far reaching standard for the management of Information Security and is accredited by the NHS Connecting for Health Information Governance Statement of Compliance (IGSoC) – to access the NHS National Network (N3).

Flexible data handling
We can use data files in CSV or PDF format from systems such as: payroll, accounts, HR and marketing. You can send multiple files from any location, which we can consolidate – using unique references – to enrich your documents with variable information that effectively cross-sells, informs or engages your audience.   

Plus, through our Unity service we can set-up a remote printer option for your employees to send directly to us individual documents for print and despatch: removing the need to send data files at all.
