It couldn't be easier to get started with Prolog Mail.  

Once you sign-up for Prolog Mail we will create you a personalised web page, branded to your corporate guidelines, from which you can upload your files to our secure server.

For each of your mailings simply: 

1. On your computer, create a mail merged document and either click 'print' or 'save as' a pdf
    
2. If you have clicked 'print', select the 'Prolog Mail' printer driver to upload your documents over the internet to our Prolog Mail secure server  
   
   If you have saved as a pdf, open a web browser and visit our secure Prolog Mail website to upload your documents   
    
3. Select your mailing preferences.

Our factory will then pick up your file, print and insert your documents into envelopes and pass to our postal operator to collect and deliver to your recipients.
